WE ARE INTIC
We call ourselves INTIC. INTIC is short for Innovation, Needs, Technology, Industry and Capital. By this we want to clarify what kind of companies we invest in, and what defines us as a company of our own.
We invest in companies that provides services and products we all need, combined with innovation and technique to improve the solutions.
We provide industrial competence, experience and the capital that is needed to fulfill the goals.
Geographicly we focus on the Nordics and mainly Sweden.
We invest mainly in unlisted and smaller listed companies.
Capital is provided primarily by family offices, private investors and entrepreneurs.
THE INTIC INVESTMENT MODEL
Our investment model is to acquire companies where new technology converge with needs. This can more specifically mean SaaS companies within Energy Tech, Prop Tech and interesting Industry applications.
We believe in Nordic entrepreneurship - and that there are ideas and skills that bring innovation and exciting opportunities. We look mainly for these opportunties in Sweden and the Öresund Region.
